About Cosmetic Capital

Cosmetics, Beauty Products, Skincare Products & Accessories  - we know these items are essential, and we also accept that they are expensive. We work hard, and we deserve to treat ourselves to these little luxuries, but doesn’t it dampen the mood when we see how much we are spending?

Here at Cosmetic Capital, we decided that it was time to offer your favourite cosmetic items, but without the expensive burden that drains the fun out of any purchase!

Your first question might be, How are you able to do this? At Cosmetic Capital, we use our unique relationships with cosmetic manufacturers, local distributors, overseas partners, clearance houses, and retail stores, to source the best deals on cosmetics that are available. We literally search the globe for the best deals around. We have forged these relationships over many years. We don’t like to boast, but we are the experts in finding great deals.

We are often asked if our products are genuine, because they are so much cheaper than anywhere else. We guarantee that all our products are the genuine article. They are made by the same manufacturers of the brands you buy in any chemist, supermarket chain, or chain cosmetic store. Don’t let their expensive prices fool you into believing they are selling a superior quality item – we can offer the exact same items in some instances at 90% discount of the price.

We want all of Australia to buy from us. We charge a $6.50 flat rate shipping fee, regardless of how much you order, or how far away you live. We also dispatch 99% of orders in 24 hours.

We are always bringing in new products from around the world, so come and see why we really are the Capital of Cosmetics!

More Information on Shipping

Cosmetic Capital offers a $6.50 Flat Rate for shipping on every order. This means that you will never be charged more than $6.50 for freight, no matter how large the order is, or how far away you may possibly live (Australia only).

Cosmetic Capital constantly seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We currently use Australia Post eParcel to deliver all packages – however we reserve the right to change freight providers, or substitute freight providers, from time to time without providing further notice.

All deliveries have a Track & Trace system whereby you can track the status of your order at all times. Signatures will be required, we do not provide Authority to Leave – if this is something you specifically require please email our team at info@cosmeticcapital.com.au - We understand that people often work during business hours, and therefore suggest ordering items to your business address if you do not think you will be available to sign for them at a home address throughout the week.

Please allow 7 business days for your order to arrive. We strive to pick, pack and send all orders out in 1-2 business days, however we cannot control the speed of delivery by the courier services. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time.

For international customers, please email us at info@cosmeticcapital.com.au to discuss freight costs and options.
